Lance Yoder has attended Grace Chapel his entire life and came to faith in Christ at a young age. After being baptized in fifth grade, he continued growing in his relationship with the Lord while serving in various areas of church ministry.
Passionate about technology from an early age, Lance began serving in technical ministry during middle school. He has functioned as Grace Chapel's Tech Director since 2012 and joined the staff part-time in 2020. Today, he oversees the church's audio/visual production systems and volunteer tech team, IT infrastructure, database, app, and website.
Lance met his wife, Natalie, through Grace Chapel's Young Adults ministry. They were married in 2023 and welcomed their son, Gavin, in 2025. He enjoys family bike rides, weightlifting, and exploring new restaurants and foods.
