Pastor Zach Dudenhofer began his journey to Grace Chapel back in 2004, when he began to attend a local college near his home in rural Western Michigan. There he saw the desperate need of his professors and classmates for Jesus Christ. The Lord used this experience to burden Zach to pursue higher education that would equip him for a full-time pastorate. Pastor Zach received his M.A. and B.A. in pastoral studies from Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. After graduation, God led him to Western Pennsylvania in January 2012, where he faithfully served as a senior pastor for eight and a half years, until accepting the call to come and pastor the flock here at Grace Chapel in July 2020.
Pastor Zach's burden is to shepherd fellow believers in their relationship with God through his teaching, biblical counseling, and prayer. His teaching style is characterized by a passionate exegetical approach to Scripture, usually implementing cross-references, in order to assist the listeners in their personal Bible study skills. Also, his preaching often highlights gospel truths and core doctrines that are found in each passage, as well as current ethical issues facing believers today.
Pastor Zach enjoys playing his guitar, hiking, biking, swimming, reading, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Chara, and two children, Felix and Ethan, currently reside in West Liberty, Ohio.
